This is the last PLA spec home in Oly One. I wonder if the new owner has asked PLA to level up the heat pump (or maybe its the house that needs to be leveled up).

Dog Days of Summer in Port Ludlow means cool mornings and sunny days when the "dogs" sleep on floating beds.

It's a beautiful Summer morning and the fishin is good. Gonna be a scorcher today!

Our friend was keeping a watchful eye on Olympic Terrace and Woodridge this morning.

Economic Development in Ludlow Bay Village

PLA reported recently that
" We have signed a settlement agreement
with Port Ludlow resident Les Powers, ending his
appeal of a shoreline permit recently issued by Jefferson
County relating to the completion of upland improvements
in Ludlow Bay Village and the adjacent area
known as Admiralty III.
PLA is allowed to develop 42 residential units in Ludlow
Bay Village, 38 residential units in the Admiralty III
area, a new Harbormaster Restaurant and other upland
commercial facilities".
This must be an example of the 'other upland commercial facilities' that they were thinking about.

Is the housing market opening?

What a surprise this morning to see a 'SOLD' sign on this spec house in PLA's Olympic Terrace II. We hope this is an indication that the market is comming to its senses.

Almost Spring

Another beautiful, but brisk, time of year in PL. The convertible is still looking for a new home but enjoys getting out in the sun occasionally. Soon it will be warm enough to put the top down again, and that will be alot easier for me to get in and out.
